SORA Modification Granted to Level One
Following a sex conviction in 1999, our client was released from prison in 2012 and adjudicated a level two. He subsequently successfully completed parole, participated in outpatient treatment, was employed full-time, got married, and earned advanced degrees. Over the prosecution’s objection, the court granted a modification to level one.
