Victoria Benton joined Appellate Advocates as a Staff Attorney in 2022. She was previously a senior staff attorney in the Criminal Defense Practice at the Legal Aid Society, where she represented indigent clients in felony and misdemeanor matters at the trial level. She also represented clients accused of violating the terms of their community supervision. Victoria graduated from New York Law School in 2008. Victoria holds a B.S. in Arts Administration and a B.A. in Music History from Butler University.
