Client Mitigation Specialist & Client Advocate

Kenneth Curry is a Client Mitigation Specialist & Client Advocate at Appellate Advocates, after working two years as an independent contractor with the organization. He has extensive experience in client advocacy, public health, education, and business, with a B.A. in Business Administration from Marist College.

Kenneth previously spent 14 years at Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) as a Senior Community Health Specialist, providing HIV counseling, testing, and education across New York State. He also coordinated HIV services and testing events at the United Nations for staff and their families.

For nearly 14 years, Kenneth taught HIV education in correctional facilities, and for 9 years, he taught Adult Basic Education and GED prep for incarcerated individuals, helping them improve literacy and pursue General Equivalency Diplomas.
