David P. Greenberg, Assistant Attorney-in-Charge, graduated from SUNY Albany, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with an interdisciplinary major in physics and mathematics, and from New York University School of Law. Following law school, he clerked for federal Magistrate [now Judge] Nina Gershon. He served as a supervisor at The Legal Aid Society, Criminal Appeals Bureau, from 1984 to 1996. He joined Appellate Advocates in 1996 as an original member of the legal staff.
