Kianna Duncan received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology (with a specialization in forensic psychology) from Capella University in 2022. Prior to joining Appellate Advocates, Kianna worked as a clinical advocate and counselor at Rising Ground’s Criminalized Survivors Program, where she supported criminalized survivors of intimate partner violence. She also has an extensive background in mitigation, having previously worked as a mitigation specialist at The Osborne Association and the Center For Community Alternatives. Kianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Le Moyne College.
