Raina Hasan is a Staff Attorney in the Direct Appeals Practice. Raina graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she participated in the Housing Rights Clinic, Safe Harbor Clinic, and the Criminal Defense and Advocacy Clinic, in which she assisted a client seek resentencing under the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act. Raina also served as an Executive Articles and Symposium Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. Raina holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Boston University. Prior to joining Appellate Advocates, Raina worked as a staff attorney in the Tenants’ Rights Unit at New York Legal Assistance Group.
