Staff Attorney

Madison received her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she served as treasurer of the Moot Court Board and competed on the Moot Court Team. She interned for two summers at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, advocating for low-income clients at different stages of litigation. She also served as a Public Health Law Fellow at the CDC, where she authored a policy brief and presented research on access to emergency medical services in rural states.

During her 2L year, Madison interned with the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Organization, where she helped draft a petition to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights denouncing state-sanctioned violence, researched federal immigration accountability in cases of detainee abuse, and examined constitutional issues concerning client rights in law enforcement interactions and trials.
