Samantha joined Appellate Advocates as a Staff Attorney in 2024. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a student attorney in the Equal Justice Clinic. During law school, Samantha also interned with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, New York County Defender Services, the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia, Brooklyn Defender Services, and the Legal Aid Society. Before joining Appellate Advocates, Samantha was a trial attorney at Queens Defenders
