Chelsea Lopez is a graduate of CUNY School of Law, where she participated in the criminal defender’s clinic, engaged in parole advocacy, and had an externship at The Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Practice. During law school, she also worked with immigrant youth at Volunteers of Legal Service’s Immigration Project, and as a law clerk at a private firm specializing in removal defense. After law school, Chelsea joined Appellate Advocates in 2020.
