O’Leary, Sarah

Staff Attorney

Sarah O’Leary is a staff attorney in the Post-Conviction Relief unit for non-citizens. Prior to Appellate Advocates, she was a senior attorney with the Criminal Defense Practice at the Legal Aid Society. Sarah graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Public Service Fellow. While in law school, she participated in the Innocence Project Clinic and the Criminal Defense Clinic and interned with Magistrate Judge Robert Levy in the Eastern District of New York. Before law school, Sarah worked as an investigator for the Civilian Complaint Review Board. She holds a B.A. in English from Sarah Lawrence College.
