Brian J. Perbix began his career as a public defender at Brooklyn Defender Services, where he most recently was a senior trial attorney in the criminal defense practice. Prior to that, he clerked for the Hon. Wendy Beetlestone of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the New York University School of Law, where he was a Root-Tilden-Kern public interest scholar.
