Rebecca J. Gannon graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Sparer Public Interest Law Fellow, as well as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During law school, she interned for Youth Represent, The Legal Aid Society, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. After graduating law school, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Lois Bloom in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before coming to work at Appellate Advocates. After spending two years at Appellate Advocates, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Jenny Rivera in the New York Court of Appeals. Rebecca returned to Appellate Advocates in 2019.
Rebecca also holds a B.A. in the Program of Liberal Studies and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
