Alexa May Richards graduated with Distinction from Yale University, earning a B.A. in Political Science. At Yale, she was a columnist for The Politic, the university’s political magazine, and served as a Legislative Fellow for Yale Democrats, where she successfully advocated for anti-domestic violence legislation in the Connecticut General Assembly.
Prior to joining Appellate Advocates, Alexa May interned for Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon in the U.S. House of Representatives, where she assisted with legislative research and policy development.
