Emily Smith graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Prior to joining Appellate Advocates, Emily worked as a Legal Assistant at a real estate law firm, while volunteering as a Crime Victim Counselor at the Albany County Crime Victim and Sexual Violence Center. In this role, Emily became a certified Rape Crisis Counselor, providing emotional support and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
