As a Re-Entry Associate at Appellate Advocates, Bianca Hayles supports and assists justice-impacted New Yorkers in their successful re-entry and reintegration into society. She has 3+ years of experience in the legal industry, both at an AmLaw law firm and predominately in the public interest sector.
Bianca has a deep passion for criminal justice and education reform, which she has developed through her professional work at the Youth Justice Network, Conviction Review Unit at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and her previous role as a Paralegal at Appellate Advocates, which she held for approximately two years.
Bianca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) and recently attained a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
